Q1. What kind of products can I order?
A. We mainly sell genuine used auto parts sourced from trusted recycling companies in Japan, such as engines, nose cuts, suspensions, and hybrid batteries. You can order from just one item.

Q2. What is the minimum order unit?
A. With our LCL service, you can order from 1 Line Unit. Please refer to the line conversion chart. Single items such as one headlamp can also be ordered.

Q3. What payment methods are available?
A. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and card payments within Kenya. Payments are made through our logistics partner in Kenya, which then transfers the funds to Japan.

Q4. Where can I pick up my order?
A. Orders can be picked up at our warehouse in Nairobi. Delivery can also be arranged upon request.

Q5. Is there any quality guarantee?
A. Yes. Based on our original quality standard (JGES), engines are provided with inspection videos for assurance.

Q6. How is the shipping cost calculated?
A. Shipping cost is calculated based on 1 Line Unit = approx. 1.58㎥.
Example: Engine = about 0.25 Line, Nose cut = about 0.30 Line.

Q7. Are there any costs other than the product price?
A. In addition to the product price, shipping costs will be charged. An estimate will be displayed on the order page.

2. Confirm the line-unit quotation at checkout

3. Make payment (M-Pesa / Card / Bank transfer)

4. Shipment from Japan

5. Pick up at Nairobi warehouse

Q9. Do you provide claim support?
A. Yes, we will respond within the scope of our claim guarantee. However, as these are used parts, please check product details carefully before purchasing.

Q10. How long does it take to receive the order?
A. It usually takes about 2 months from loading in Japan until the product is delivered to you.
